Hours Of Operation: Monday - Friday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm EST.
We are not able to ensure an exact shipping cut off time, but we will try our best to ship packages on the same day if your order is placed between 10:30 am - 11 am EST Monday - Thursday & 12:30 pm EST on Friday.
*All orders ship via the United States Post Office (priority mail) for a flat fee of $7.51
*Shipping confirmations are sent to the email address listed on your order form. Please do not use your phone number, as there is a glitch in the system causing customers not the receive the automatic text messages. All labels are printed in house and may take 24 - 48 hours to track on USPS's website. Packages normally take 2-4 business days to arrive (once you receive shipping confirmation) & may take up to 2 weeks if you order close to a holiday.
*Packages to Canada are sent by 1st class mail for a fee of $20 & may take between 7- 30 business days to arrive. Wicked is not responsible for any fees charged by Canadian customs.
*Samples - we try our best to include a sample with every order, unless your order already including specials & or promotions.
*Packages - like choices are combined, unless a request is included on the order form to keep separate.
